Mar 5 update on Activate!!XX

Hi all Intro to Experience Design (session 7) bloggers -

First, thanks to Barbara for setting the blog up.

Second, animalchef - please change your name so its easy to know who you are, and please everyone, select a name that enables all to know who you are.

Third and this is IMPORTANT, last night there was an IED faculty meeting and some important decisions/suggestions related to the final project were made.
1) We will be changing the name to ACTIVATE!!! XX: Experiments in Experience Design
2) changing the actual time for the event is time - 2:30- 4:30 Mar 26 (this works well with Lib Studies courses and allows students to stagger their participation to accommodate being in a class).
3) The project will be taking place in the following locations now, instead of solely in the Park:·
-> The Great Hall (5-7 projects)
-> The Auditorium (5-7 projects·
-> Lambert Lounge (rm 187), adjoining the Park (2-4 projects)·
-> The Mader/Caldwell Passageway (2-3 projects)·
-> The Main Lobby (passing through, not building anything)(1 project – not physical)
-> Butterfield Park (if groups really want to use it, they are welcome to do so, but it will not be a centralized, high-energy site this year).

Let me know if you have any questions, and don't forget that your User Scenarios for Assignment #4 are due on this blog by end of day, March 8.
